Your Main Activities Are

    Low Touch Corporate client monitoring
      Responsible for monitoring the electronic activity for EU based Corporates across ULLINK, multi-dealer platforms and exchange specific GUI’s, managing and implementing client enablement requests to BNP Paribas electronic trading platforms and exchanges, supporting client enquiries (trading, exchange, product) updating and managing pre-trade risk controls, monitoring post trade processes, reporting on exchange updates, multi-dealer platform billing and analysis / management reporting on the activity. Performs his tasks under the supervision of the Electronic Agency Execution Desk onshore
      Relationship with other departments - Sales, Trading, Product, Compliance, Operations and IT teams to manage the end to end services (e.g. proactive involvement in analysing and resolving issues, identifying and supporting change management, exchange upgrades etc.)
      Provide business support to Trading & Sales
    High Touch Exchange reporting of Block Trades
      Responsible for booking block trades into exchange GUI’s supporting DEC Corporate clients and Financial Institutions, under supervision of High Touch Execution teams onshore, developing relationships and booking block trades executed by BNPP Trading desks onshore, understanding and respecting the various exchange / market rules and regulations, updating teams on exchange notifications and analysis / management reporting on the activity
      Relationship with other departments - Sales, Trading, Product, Compliance, Operations and IT teams to manage the end to end services (e.g. proactive involvement in analysing and resolving issues, identifying and supporting change management, exchange upgrades etc.)
      Provide business support to Trading & Sales

Profile and Skills to Success

    Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or similar areas (preferential)
    AMF regulator certification & registration (successful candidates will be expected to pass specific regulator exams as this is a market facing position)
    Eurex Exchange member (successful candidates will be expected to pass specific exchange exams as this is a market facing position)
    An overall understanding and interest in the financial world
    Python and other IT coding Skills – (is a plus)
    Strong Excel knowledge
    Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
    Excellent communication skills and client focus
    Strong team work while being able to work autonomously
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Ability to work under tight deadlines and organisational skills

About the Team

    The Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Execution group is a global team within the Derivatives Execution & Clearing (DEC) division of Global Markets, based in London, Paris, Lisbon, New York and Hong Kong. ETD Execution provides trading services for both Corporate clients and Financial Institutions, 24/6 across global derivatives exchanges. Services include low touch electronic execution via Direct Market Access (DMA) and Algorithmic solutions through to high touch execution for larger, more complex trading
    The ETD Execution group is market facing and its core function is to provide facilities and services to access markets / bank liquidity and implement trading strategies for clients to achieve investment objectives. These services are available to the banks full service Clearing and non-Clearing clients in addition to supporting BNPP’s trading desks. The execution team is also responsible for monitoring connectivity, managing client pre trade risk controls, exchange reporting block trades, checking post trade allocation, client enablement, and support, managing multi-dealer vendor relationships across our e-commerce platforms in addition to reporting on market trends and exchange updates
    The ETD Execution group work closely with a number of different teams, from Clearing Sales, On-boarding, IT and Operations to Trading, Risk and Compliance. The core services fall into two main business/product lines organised respectively into specialised global teams that coordinate closely together, such as
      Low Touch Listed Derivatives Execution – electronic services that clients access themselves to execute orders on global exchanges.
      High Touch Listed Derivatives Execution – trading services where clients pass orders to BNPP Sales Traders to manage on their behalf on global exchanges.
    Both teams execute Futures & Options trades across Index, Equity, Fixed Income, Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange and Commodity products
